Registered Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a clinically-oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with every day occupational stresses, muscular over-use and many chronic pain conditions.
Prenatal Registered Massage Therapy
Our facility has a pregnancy support cushion specifically designed for a pregnant woman’s body shape, to make her massage more comfortable and relaxing. Our Registered Massage Therapist are certified in Pregnancy Massage.
Hot Stone Massage Therapy
Hot Stone Massage Therapy is the application of heated hot basalt stones during your Massage Therapy treatment. The heat from the hot stones permeates the tissue further and deeper than a manual massage, and is extremely beneficial to those who have specific muscle pain and tension. The Registered Massage Therapist uses the hot stones in addition to manual therapy. Our Massage Therapists are certified in Hot Stone Massage Therapy applications.
Registered Massage Therapy with Cupping
Cupping Therapy is the application of silicone suction cups during your Massage Therapy treatment. Cupping Therapy uses negative pressure (suction), rather than manual tissue compression to treat both superficial and deep tissues. Cupping is a safe and effective alternative therapy used alongside manual therapy to decrease fascial restrictions, increase blood flow to an area, increase range of motion, decrease muscle tension, and decrease pain. Our Massage Therapists are certified in Cupping Therapy applications.
Hot Oil Scalp Massage
The head carries a great deal of the stress in your body, and a hot oil scalp massage is a soothing way to let go and truly relax. You will feel the benefits of a scalp massage through the head, into the jaw, neck and shoulder muscles. Perfect for individuals who suffer from headaches, high anxiety, stress, insomnia and neck and shoulder tension. This treatment is calming, comforting and promotes a feeling of well-being.
Thai Hot Herbal Compress Massage Therapy
Thai hot herbal compress massage therapy (sometimes referred to as hot stem or herbal stem massage)
Our herbal stem massage consists of a Swedish Massage enhanced with the usage of a hot bundle of herbs wrapped in canvas cloth and tied with string. Each bundle is Imported directly from Thailand. Our hot compress ingredients include ginger, lemongrass, camphor, eucalyptus and Tiger balm. These herbal bundles include ginger, cinnamon, orange and eucalyptus. This form of Thai Massage blends the profound benefits of heat, aroma, herbs and compression. This steaming, hot compress is pressed onto muscles and joints. The heat penetrates the pores simulating blood flow, which results in rapid rebuilding and nourishment of body tissues. Our Registered Massage Therapists uses the hot stem as a tool during the treatment, and all therapists are certified in hot stem massage.
Osteopathic Manual Therapy
Osteopathy looks at the relationship between the alignment of structure and function in the body. Osteopathic Manual Practitioners look at the body in its entirety, when in harmony is capable of self-healing and self-regulating. We view symptoms of pain and dis-ease as expressions of the breakdown of the body structural integrity. Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on manipulation of the body, assessing and treating the structure to affect the function of the body. Manual Osteopathic Treatment aims to restore communication between the nervous, arterial, venous and lymphatic systems to encourage the body's ability for self-healing. By working with the body as a whole our goal is to help return the body to normal health.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a natural holistic therapy based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet (and hands) that correspond to every organ, gland, and part of the body. The goal of reflexology is to support your body’s attempt to rest and restore. By applying specific techniques and pressure to the reflexes it can stimulate the body into healing itself by improving circulation, providing deep relaxation and tension relief, reducing stress, pain and restoring natural balance. Reflexology can help the body to normalize itself naturally and promote healing, general health, and well-being.
