We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do not accept cancellation notifications through text or direct messages on Facebook or Instagram. Missed appointments or appointments canceled less than 24 hours notice prior to the appointment time are subject to the full fee of the appointment. Please note: you are unable to claim fees for missed appointments under your extended health benefits.

Registered Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints. Massage therapy is a clinically-oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with every day occupational stresses, muscular over-use and many chronic pain conditions.


Prenatal Registered Massage Therapy

Our facility has a pregnancy support cushion specifically designed for a pregnant woman’s body shape, to make her massage more comfortable and relaxing. Our Registered Massage Therapist are certified in Pregnancy Massage.


Hot Stone Massage Therapy

Hot Stone Massage Therapy is the application of heated hot basalt stones during your Massage Therapy treatment. The heat from the hot stones permeates the tissue further and deeper than a manual massage, and is extremely beneficial to those who have specific muscle pain and tension. Kristen graduated from Centennial College’s Massage Therapy program in 2018 and is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She has also completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology in 2015. This is when she developed her passion for helping others through the use of hands-on treatments. Kristen has experience working with patients from all stages of life, from infancy to elderly. She treats a wide variety of conditions including sprains, tendonitis, sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, pregnancy and everyday aches and pain. She excels in both deep tissue and relaxation massage as well as trigger point therapy.

Kristen is a knowledgeable and passionate professional who is eager to help you reach your optimal health. Her goal is to use her skills and knowledge to aid in your healing process, while educating you about the human body and ways you can help heal yourself, so that you can live a healthier and happier life. Wendy is a graduate of Footsteps Reflexology and was taught by a UK trained practitioner which allowed her to learn and build her skillset using traditional practices. She adapts her techniques to each client’s needs and goals whether it be to support deep relaxation, chronic pain, mental health, digestive issues, headaches, sleep issues, PMS, illness, and much more.

In combination with Wendy’s nursing background and caring nature her true passion has always been helping people on their health and wellness journey. She strives to create greater body awareness and nurture that holistic balance in her clients.

MATERNITY LEAVE ANNOUNCEMENT Kimberly will be going on maternity leave in late February 2025 and will be returning part time in summer 2025.

Kimberly graduated from Sir Sanford Fleming College’s massage therapy program in 2014 and has been a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario ever since. Offering Swedish massage, Prenatal massage, and Hot stone massage techniques, Kimberly’s ability to offer a range of techniques from relaxation massage to deep tissue therapy allows her to tailor treatments to every client’s needs. She uses her skills and knowledge to help her clients reach their goals and offer education on ways to help with their own healing process.

Tiffany is knowledgeable and passionate about helping clients overcome pain, improve mobility, decrease stress and enhance their overall well-being. Specializing in Swedish massage, Prenatal, hot stone, TMJ and Indie head massage therapy techniques. She helps people dealing with muscular tension and pain helping them to reduce or rid them of their discomfort.

Kitty graduated from Sir Sanford Fleming college in 2008 and has practiced massage therapy in a variety of settings. Kitty has worked for several sports teams as their in house therapist. Expanding her knowledge of injury management for athletes.
