The energy body is directly connected to the physical, mental and emotional bodies. To cultivate an internal environment that promotes optimal health the energy body needs to be flowing and balanced - running throughout your body's energy input centres or chakras evenly. Each energy input centre (chakra) coincides with different organs, functions and emotional states of the physical/ emotional bodies. Often due to the cumulative build up of day to day stressors, past emotional hurt (childhood wounds, break ups etc.), injuries, tension, toxins/ chemicals/ EMFs our energy field gets congested and does not flow optimally. Energy therapy works to infuse the bodies with pure source energy to restore energetic flow by dissolving blockages in order to promote healing on all levels. The energy serves to clear out stagnant energy, impurities and draw them up to the surface so they may be released. Often times when we are not able to cope with painful emotions, or we become overwhelmed by life circumstances, we end up "stuffing" these feelings down - self-medicating (food, substances, binge watching, shopping, relationship jumping, sex etc.) in an effort to escape them. The issue is that these emotions do not just disappear with time, they become anchored in the energy body causing blockages of emotional congestion, acting like clogs slowing or stopping the energy flow needed for optimal health.
Sessions are received fully-clothed while lying on a massage table through therapeutic touch on various energy points on the body. Once the energy portion of the session is complete, observations and intuitive messages are discussed for clarity and validation. Lisa is not a "medium" however she highly intuitive and perceives messages from the "higher self" for your greatest good.

Energetic Hypnosis is an exploration into your subconscious mind, led by the highest, purest aspect of yourself that knows everything and can pinpoint where certain belief systems began and may leave you feeling stuck or emotionally burdened. These beliefs leave a lasting imprint on the way we feel about ourselves and cause emotional blocks that can act as triggers in our lives, causing us to engage in unhealthy patterns with others or engage in behaviors that detract from wellbeing. Often times these beliefs are stored so deeply they are difficult to pinpoint in the intellectual mind because we have no conscious memory of the event - it may have happened when we were so young, or in another lifetime. Regression, utilizing a deep relaxation technique, allows you to quiet the intellectual mind and access the deepest layers of self moving back to the root cause of the issue - to the exact event that caused this belief to be held. As we witness these events we work to release the underlying emotions and belief systems to bring you back into wholeness, to let go of the burden, the pressure and move forward freely with an renewed level of inner harmony, clarity and ease. In every regression session, energy therapy is incorporated so it goes beyond just witnessing the events of the past (in this lifetime or another) to work to bring your energetic and emotional body back into balance.

Studio Classes

Learning the foundation exercises will not only leave you feeling stronger but it will also give you more mobility (in shoulders, spine, and hips). Exercises will start small and build. First we prime the muscles so they are fluid and stable, then we move on to toning and strengthening the muscles. This leads to more control for better movement on and off the mat.

Madison’s passion to work with people to achieve their health and wellness goals led her to complete an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences degree specializing in Kinesiology at Ontario Tech University. Throughout her undergraduate studies, Madison developed a background in anatomy, physiology, nutrition, strength training and biomechanics, which led her to pursue a job opportunity in a multi-disciplinary clinic, where she gained experience working alongside Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and Massage therapists.

As a Kinesiologist, Madison did a lot of work in retirement homes, working with seniors and helping her clients with strength and balance training, and education regarding health, wellness and longevity. This position challenged her to work with people of all abilities and ensure that she had customized training programs specific to the individual needs and requirements of her clients. This experience encouraged her to explore other avenues of healthcare and rehabilitation, leading her to Osteopathy, an all-encompassing approach to treating the body.

Madison completed her osteopathic education at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy obtaining a Master’s in practice Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences. Here, she studied principle-based classical osteopathy which taught her a way to assess and move through the body rhythmically looking for structural discord, working with the body to remove restrictions.
